Our team at THE SPACE have worked in a wide variety of different settings including community health, inpatient psychiatric facilities and schools. As part of their roles they have provided talks, seminars and workshops for parents, students, teachers and other professional clinicians.

These have covered a number of topics such as:

Their workshops and lectures are known to be uniquely interactive, entertaining and grasp the developmental issues facing families today through the lens of a psycho-dynamic perspective.

These seminars are also designed to address the issues of the group in a specific and tailor made way – such that we would meet with you first to discuss exactly the issues which you would like us to address.

Who We Are

Consultation

We also offer a consultation service where we can be called in for a specific intervention. This may be due to a crisis or a critical incident. We offer debriefing, group processing an consultation on how to manage situations which require a clinical understanding.

Given that many of the clinic’s staff have worked within an educational setting and with children of all ages, we pride ourselves in being able to offer consultations within the setting. In particular, we are uniquely placed to offer specialised understanding of the subtleties of what may be required when working within educational settings and managing difficult situations or behaviours.

Our consultation may be for: parents, students, boarding school staff, teaching staff, management etc.
